We understand plans can change. Here's how to update or cancel your order:
- Before Shipment: Orders can be changed or canceled within a limited window before the order is processed and shipped.
- Log in to your Cooney Golf account and view your recent orders.
- If available, select "Change" or "Cancel" next to the order.
- If the option isn’t available online, contact customer support immediately by phone or chat.
- After Shipment: Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled, but you can initiate a return after delivery per our return policy.
Important: Prompt action increases chances of successfully changing or canceling your order without extra cost.
