How to Change or Cancel Your Order

We understand plans can change. Here's how to update or cancel your order:

• Before Shipment: Orders can be changed or canceled within a limited window before the order is processed and shipped.
  • Log in to your Cooney Golf account and view your recent orders.
  • If available, select "Change" or "Cancel" next to the order.
  • If the option isn’t available online, contact customer support immediately by phone or chat.
• After Shipment: Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled, but you can initiate a return after delivery per our return policy.
